Dr Eric Kuo is a Consultant Respiratory & Sleep Disorders Physician who provides both inpatient and outpatient care at Holmesglen Private Hospital. He graduated from Monash University and trained locally at Monash and Eastern Health hospitals. He completed Clinical Fellowship in Interventional Pulmonology, EBUS Bronchoscopy and Lung Cancer at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital WA.
Dr Kuo can provide diagnostic / therapeutic Bronchoscopy service, and Pleural Effusion management. He also has experience in managing patients with Cough, Asthma, Emphysema/COPD, Chronic Bronchitis, Bronchiectasis, Lung Cancers, Lung Nodules, Pleural Effusion, Interstitial Lung Disease, Sleep Disordered Breathing etc.
Dr Kuo’s special interests are in:
• Abnormal chest imaging, e.g. lung nodules, mediastinal and hilar lymphadenopathy;
• Suspected lung cancer investigations;
• Pleural Medicine;
• Chronic Airway Diseases;
• OSA and Obesity Hypoventilation Syndrome.
